- What does your current journal look like?
- How many pages do you have left in your current journal?

- What is your favorite journal that you have?
A lighthouse one with Jill Wolf’s poem “Don’t Quit” on the cover.
- How long have you been journaling?
According to the date in my very first diary, I’ve been journaling since 1995.
- What does your first diary/journal look like?
It is a small pink journal with small multicolored hearts. It has a lock that’s hard to open now, so I leave it open.
- How do you date your entries?

- Do you ever rip out any pages from your journal?
Nope. It all stays. The good, the sad, and the crazy.
- What do you usually write about?
For years, I would write when I had to unload emotionally. But lately, I’ve been working through some reflection questions. They’ve helped me work through some craziness.
- What inspired you to writing in the beginning?
I honestly don’t remember. My first diary is dated 1995, twenty years ago. I’ve always like having a place when I could work through things privately.
